DEADLINES
I don't accept deadlines; rushed orders are an additional +$10. You can give me a preferred date but it cannot be too close to the commissioned date. I will try to finish the commission in 1-3 weeks!PAYMENT
I accept half payment after I start on the sketch & the other half when I'm done. After the 2nd payment there will be ABSOLUTELY no chance for you to get a refund.I only accept USD, unless the program you're using to pay me (Vgen for example) can make exceptions.REFUNDS
I do not do refunds! Any purchases made are final, that is unless I cannot do your commission for any reason necessary.I will cancel the commission/refuse request if I feel uncomfortable or feel as though I cannot draw what's being requested.REFERENCES & DETAILS
References and descriptions are required when explaining in detail what you want. The more references, descriptions, and details you provide, the better it will be to your standards.OWNERSHIP
You cannot use any artwork of mine from any commissions/art trades if you did not commission me or do an art trade with me.I have ownership of all my art & share it with the commissioner. I prohibit any of my art from being copied, heavily inspired, sold directly, printed, heavily edited/photoshopped, sold as an NFT, or used in any AI art.I allow tracing so as long as you use it to better understand how to draw/use it to IMPROVE YOUR ART! However you cannot RECREATE any of my art by tracingIf using artwork of mine with a watermark on it, please don't edit or crop it out. If reposting, and the wm isn't shown, give credit to my socials.FEE'S & CHARGES
Prices are not negotiable; please respect my prices. Art is a luxury, not a necessity.Only 3 major changes after lineart is allowed but each cost +$5 (minor changes are not charged.)If you don't want your commission posted publicly, I charge a $7 fee!If it comes to be an emergency, I do have PayPal if you cannot make exceptions for whatever reason. This is ONLY for emergencies! I also charge a small Paypal fee (Paypal takes a certain amount away from the original price) for only +$2REQUESTING
You can apply or send a request via my commission form on the homepage. Once submitted do not contact me right-away, especially if my commissions AREN'T open and NEITHER is my WAITLIST.I will decline your request if you make a form when my waitlist/comms aren't open. Even if it's just planning ahead, I won't accept any requests if my waitlist isn't open. If I don't respond to you via social media within 1-2 weeks or a month that means you've been respectfully declined.!!WHEN COMMISSIONING ME I ASSUME YOU HAVE AGREED AND READ ALL OF MY TERMS AND SERVICES!!

COMMISSION PROCESSi. Once your application has been submitted & accepted within 1-2 weeks or a month, I will contact you saying I have accepted your request & add you to my Queue. Afterwards, I will go over my T.O.S just to make sure you understand my boundaries & will answer any questions you have.ii. Afterwards I will let you know an estimated time I can start on the sketch. After the sketch is finished you can ask for any adjustments, this is also the time to say if you changed your mind on bigger/complex details before the lineart phase.iii. When you are comfortable with the sketch, I will move onto the flat colors & you can ask for color changes and adjustments. This is also the first payment you will make, or the first half. I DO NOT ACCEPT 100% UPFRONT!iv. The next phase will be the lineart & rendering: this is when you CANNOT MAKE ANY big changes or adjustments. Small adjustments like some color changes or adding/removing small details is okay and won't be charged. If you do insist to change it, I will charge you for bigger adjustments & changes.v. After I've finished rendering, this is when NO changes, regardless of charging more, will be made. You cannot ask for a refund at this time after it's been finished. This is also when you will give the 2nd half of your payment.vi. Once all is done and paid for, the commission will have been finished. Your art will not be published if you paid for the publicity fee +$7. However if I believe for it to be a good example, I'll add it to my carrd, but to no social medias.vii. This is optional, but if you wish to leave a review AFTER commissioning me, you can either message me your review or take a small form. You will only be allowed to make one when I send the link to you.
